Variability of dissociative evidences of the irradiated population of the South Ural during the remote periods

Mental disorders of the irradiated population in the Techa river floodplain and on the territory of Eastern-Ural radiation track (EURT) are mainly disorders of non-psychotic type (neurosal, somatophormic, psycho-organic). Dissociative appearances are the most frequently occurred. The diagnosis "mixed dissociative disorders" was made to 138 (38,3 %) irradiated patients living in the Techa river floodplain. 222 (61,7 %) patients living in the EURT zone have this type of disorder. According to the previous terminology the patients of this group can be attributable to the hysteric personality development (proceeding from the clinical peculiarities). Besides, 41,3 % have concomitant psycho-organic symptomatology and large percentage of patients have hypochondriacal, obsessive-phobic symptomatology.
