Cardiac rhythm variability and influence of physical training on clinical adaptive parameters in coronary artery disease patients after acute coronary attacks

Influence of rehabilitation program using home physical training on psychological status, clinical manifestations and vegetative reactivity of coronary artery disease patients who underwent acute coronary attacks was stusied. The study showed normalization of psychoemotional conditions, improvement of quality of life, working physical abilities, left ventricular function improvement of both temporary and spectral indices of heart rhythm in the abovementioned patients (decreased sympathetic influence and centralization of regulation of the heart rhythm).
