Options for IVF protocol and comparing the results in women with peritoneal sterility

After IVF in women with peritoneal sterility, whose pregravid preparation was carried out in the usual way, the pregnancy began in 20,2 ± 4,4% of patients. Studies have shown that the effectiveness of IVF after using the extended protocol, in which the preparation of the endometrium is performed with taking into account the immunohistochemical changes, is significantly increased (up to 71,4 ± 4,5%). According to the author, a successful IVF needs the evaluation of histological state of the endometrium and the use of the results of immunohistochemical studies.
