There are analyzed the main principles of adaptive adult education in the context of non-lasting pedagogical education. This process also considers the tendency of education staff getting older and young teachers' leaving for other spheres. There is suggested various methodology for advancing teaching skills that considers psychological and professional features when creating individual training trajectory.
