Departmental model of organizing anti-corruption in the public service in the judiciary

The article discusses the features of the departmental model of combating corruption in the judiciary of the Russian Federation, which involves the formation of separate commissions to resolve conflicts of interest in various state bodies. The author focuses on the need to improve the anti-corruption legislation in terms of the formation of these commissions and the termination of the powers of individual members of such commissions in order to ensure their independence and impartiality.
