The departmental control limits privacy

The article deals with the most common violations of the law by the authorized bodies in the implementation of departmental control. The essential characteristic of departmental control from the position of its goals and objectives is investigated. It is established that in case of detection of violation of the right to privacy it is mandatory to appoint a service check, the results of which the decision to bring the guilty to justice.
