The article presents the main vectors of strengthening the corporate culture of the company. Career growth of employees, religion, national characteristics, complementarity and motivation are considered as the main ways to strengthen organizational culture. Methods for the influence of dominant skills on the implementation of the mission and achievement of the goals of a business organization are proposed. The logic of the influence of corporate values on the image of the organization is also described.
