The article describes the main provisions of the author’s concept of probabilistic education. It introduces the notion of Pedagogy of improvisation, dialogue, meeting cultural worlds. The article provides the examples of the work of teachers in «surplus educational environment» of the University and the school. The article deals with original meaning of the concept of pedagogical identity. The article substantiates the value of the individual pedagogical style.
