Probabilistic forecasting as a prognostic activity: approach and strategies

The article deals with the phenomenon of forecasting, as well as approaches to its understanding. Under examination are forecast-related concepts: prediction and anticipation viability. Special attention is paid to the strategies of probabilistic forecasting (reflex and unconscious forecasting, intellectually-logical forecasting, intuitive forecasting, forecasting in special states of consciousness).
