Veterinary and sanitary examination of fish with opisthorchiasis and diphylobotriosis

The purpose of the study was veterinary and sanitary examination of fish with opisthorchiasis and diphylobotriosis. The research objectives were the analysis of epizootic situation for parasitic diseases of fish in the Yeniseisk district of Krasnoyarsk Region, the study of the epidemiology of opisthorchiasis and diphyllobotriosis and the examination of fish for having helminth larvae. The analysis of epizootic situation was carried out according to veterinary and sanitary reports for 2012-2014. The epidemiology of opisthorchiasis and diphylobotriosis was studied according to medical statistics. The examination of fish for helminth larvae occurance was carried out by visual inspection and by the method of compressor study of sections of dorsal fish muscles with their examination under a microscope.
