Honey is a unique product that, thanks to its beneficial properties it is widely used for medicinal and food purposes. Beekeeping is one of the livestock industries, having commercial value and which gives us many products, which finds application in many industries. One of the main tasks of beekeeping - getting specific products: honey, wax, pollen, Royal jelly, propolis, bee venom. In turn, the honey is a highly nutritious natural product. This thick, viscous and fragrant liquid made by bees from the nectar of flowers, for many millennia was a major of sugary foods available to our ancestors.
