The work is devoted to the study of organoleptic characteristics of poultry meat when entering the body of a pesticide, against the background of various combinations of sorbents -zeolite and shungite. The studies of the use of sorbents, led to the conclusion about the possibility of their widespread use in animal husbandry as a preventive agent.
