Veterinary and sanitary assessment of meat of chickens-broilers at application of shungite and zeolite in the background of the effects of pesticide

The work is devoted to the study of organoleptic characteristics of poultry meat when entering the body of a pesticide, against the background of various combinations of sorbents -zeolite and shungite. The studies of the use of sorbents, led to the conclusion about the possibility of their widespread use in animal husbandry as a preventive agent.
