The research is devoted to the study of the effect of feeding feed, including grain bran containing mycotoxins and subjected to microwave treatment, in combination with zeolites and separately, on the veterinary and sanitary indicators of quail meat. The studies were carried out on quails of 30 days of age. It was found that meat obtained from quails, whose diet contained grain affected by mycotoxins and subjected to microwave treatment, has organoleptic, physico-chemical and microscopic parameters characteristic of good-quality meat obtained from healthy poultry. At the same time, there was no significant difference between the indicators of meat from a group of birds whose diet was additionally enriched with zeolite. A similar trend in indicators was observed after 3 months of storage of bird carcasses at - 12 °C and the results obtained did not differ from those in the control group. In the meat of birds whose diet contained barley bran with mycotoxins, there was a deterioration in indicators.
