Video lesson of a foreign language as a significant form of development of communicative skills of students of engineering program based on the experience of European Union universities

The article deals with the problem of developing communication skills in teaching foreign languages to students of engineering programs. The purpose of the experiment was to prove the effectiveness of the use of Video both in increasing the motivation of students to study English in engineering programs, in enriching the vocabulary with special engineering terms, and therefore, in developing communication skills in the field of engineering specialties. The article is devoted to a study in which the following methods were used: experiments, observations and introspection. Two stages of working with video material were developed. Students gain important knowledge in the field of their future activities, the skills of which they can subsequently apply in real situations and projects.
