The article presents the species composition and the register of antimycotic resistance of fungi of the genus Candida isolated from the chicken-broilers brood. Species C. intermedia (36.8%) dominated in species diversity, C. glabrata (26.3%), C. utilis (21.1%) and C. albicans (15.8%) were less common. To quantify the antimycotic resistance of Candida spp. the indicator “resistance marker” - MR was used. It was shown that MR isolated Candida spp. to antifungal agents is 0.21 ± 0.02. As for interspecific differences, the maximum level of MR was established in C. glabrata (0.4 ± 0.05), the minimum level in C. albicans (0.12 ± 0.03). In C. intermedia, MR was 0.21 ± 0.04. The maximum sensitivity of fungi of the genus Candida to clotrimazole and nystatin was shown in the result of this study. The data obtained by us will contribute to the selection of drugs for effective therapy of animals with factor infectious-inflammatory diseases caused by fungi of the genus Candida.
