The activities of non-profit organizations in the Russian Federation

In the article, the author analyzes the main activities carried out by non-profit organizations in the Russian Federation, which are allowed by law. Various objectives of such organizations are considered. The possibility of such an organization engaging in income-generating activities is being explored. The author identified some shortcomings in the legislative definition of the activities of non-profit organizations.
