Types of non-profit corporate organizations

The reform of civil legislation presupposed the introduction of an exhaustive regulation of civil legal structures of forms of corporate non-profit organizations, which would eliminate repetitions and contradictions in the legislation. Despite the existing variety of types of organizations under study, the law establishes only four possible forms of their expression: public organizations, consumer cooperatives, associations, and real estate owners' associations. The author proposes to amend the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, securing in it a sufficient and exhaustive list of non-profit organizations and bringing them into line with the Concept of the Development of Civil Legislation.
