Types (methods) of renunciation of inheritance: debatable issues of theory and practice

The publication provides a brief analysis of the positions of legislators, civil scientists and law enforcement (judicial) practice on one of the important legal definitions - types (methods) of renouncing inheritance. Along with the presentation of the concept and content of the procedure for renouncing inheritance, its characteristic features and basic rules (principles) of implementation, the legal problems of this sphere of legal relations are considered and possible ways and means of their solution are proposed.
