The mother’s guilt in the murder of a newborn child

The problem of the correct qualification of certain types of murders is due to the observance of the principles of legality, justice and equality of everybody before the law. We have indicated that guilt is based on the presence of mental disorders, the traumatic situation that does not exclude sanity; its commission in the form of direct or indirect intent, as well as the suddenness of its formation.
