Virtualization of entrepreneurial culture in the post-industrial society of the XXI century

The article notes that various local forms of society's culture, including entrepreneurial culture, are being seriously transformed in the XXI century. One of the factors of profound changes in socio-cultural environment is the progress of information and computer technologies, as well as the strengthening of influence of the Internet in society, which results in virtualization of culture. At the same time, the process of transferring various cultures (including entrepreneurial ones) to the digital plane is characterized by both general typical trends and differential ones. That is why one of the tasks of the sociological analysis of entrepreneurial culture at the present stage is the study of problems of its virtualization. At the same time, the entrepreneurial culture undergoes both an external transformation due to a change in its appearance, and an internal one - as a result of the choice of innovative means of its translation. It is concluded that timely sociological research will make it possible to make a long-term forecast of the dynamics of development of entrepreneurial culture in the conditions of the XXI century society, which can be taken into account by entrepreneurs when making managerial decisions to optimize their activities.
