Virtual space as a factor influencing the provision of human rights and freedoms

The problem of ensuring information security is currently relevant both for the Russian Federation and for the entire world community. The number of cyber threats is increasing at a cosmic rate, not only for citizens, but also for organizations, society, and the state. Special attention should be paid to such a problem as ensuring information security as a factor affecting the protection of human rights. Often, citizens are exposed to negative influence on the Internet, they risk becoming victims of cyberbullying, fraud and illegal access to personal information.
