The introduction substantiates the significance of the problem of creating scientific schools, the relevance of searching for new approaches and tools for organizing scientific activities in higher educational institutions, identifying and disseminating the effective experience of scientific school leadership.Based on the methods of theoretical and empirical research, we have determined the key stages of the development of G. Ts. Molonov’s scientific school, the directions of scientific research within it, the role of the scientific school in professional becoming and growth of its participants.As a result, we have presented a comprehensive analysis of the key stages in the formation of G. Ts. Molonov’s scientific school, determined the role of the scientific school in the development of regional pedagogical science and education, providing conditions for working out and successful implementation of innovative programs and projects.The research reveals the main results of the activity of G. Ts. Molonov’s scientific school, which determined the prospects for the development of the regional education system.
