Ownership in the system of Russian civil legislation

The article deals with one of the institutions of property law of the Russian Federation, the institute of ownership and ownership protection. To date, there is no normative consolidation of the concept of ownership in Russian legislation. As there is no institution of ownership in Russian civil law. It is also established that today in the Russian legislation, there is no legal concept of "property rights" and their clear systematization.
