The impact of current transformations of social and labor relations on the economic security of workers

Based on the purpose of analysis and concretization of the influence of actual transformations of social and labor relations on the economic security of workers, the tasks of considering the actual dynamics of social and labor relations and formulating a generalized understanding of the phenomenon were solved; analyzing aspects of understanding economic security and developing our own definition of the concept of economic security of the worker; presenting a detailed analysis of possible directions of influence of actual transformations of social and labor relations on the economic security of workers; presenting a detailed analysis of the possible directions of influence of the current transformations of social and labor relations on the economic security of workers; analyzing the aspects of understanding economic security and formulating a generalized understanding of the phenomenon. The study is based on a comprehensive analysis of existing theoretical approaches to understanding social and labor relations and economic security of the workerov. The methodology includes the analysis of literary sources, comparative data analysis, and expert assessments. As a result of the study, the key aspects of the impact of transformations of social and labor relations on the economic security of workers are specified, primarily from the point of view of labor legal relations arising between employee and employer, social protection, including includes a social insurance system that provides workers with insurance benefits, and in the aspect collective labor relations arising between employees and their collective representatives. Based on the results made conclusion that modern transformations of social and labor relations directly affect the economic security of workers, requiring realizing appropriate social and economic policy strategies, which is bound to attract the attention of researchers, public administration practitioners, economists and sociologists.
