The influence of an anesthesiology grants at operative intervention on a clinical flow of posttraumatic uveitis at patients with penetrating eye wound

We executed the dynamic researches of a periphery microvessels pulsation amplitude and we analyzed the clinical flow and the outcome of uveitis depending on a primary surgical processing performance, repeated operations under the general or local anesthesia at 105 patients with a hard degree penetrating eye wound, posttraumatic uveitis. The efficiency of the general anesthesia application in respect of improvement of a periphery microvessels tone condition, the flow and the outcome of uveitis is proved.
