Influence of arterial hypertension on changes of partial functions of kidney during pregnancy in patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus

We studied the changes of glomerular and tubular function in pregnant women with type 1 diabetes mellitus depending on the presence of hypertension. It was revealed that even medically compensated hypertension, regardless of compensation and duration of illness is a factor worsening renal function on the background of pregnancy.
