The article studies the influence of the Bank of Russia on the processes of lending to both individuals and legal entities in a constantly changing financial market. The study is aimed at analyzing the mechanisms through which the Bank of Russia exercises its influence on lending, as well as at assessing the consequences of these influences for various participants in the credit market. The findings of the study have shown that changes in monetary policy, in particular in the key interest rate, directly affect lending conditions. In addition, the introduction of new standards and increased capital requirements for banks also affect credit conditions. The analysis has revealed the trends towards stricter control by the Bank of Russia. This may help reduce credit risks, but such a policy may also lead to a slowdown in lending. It is important to emphasize that the Bank of Russia not only regulates lending, but also actively uses tools to stimulate the economy.
