Bestim influence on clinico-immunulogical characteristics in patients with chronic pyelonephritis during early post-operative period

Clinico-immunological features in patients with chronic secondary pyelonephritis who was given immunomodulator BESTIM in early post-operative period were compared with those who received only standard treatment. During the investigations it was determined that bestim use in complex therapy for patients with pyelonephritis in early post-operative period promote earlier reverse clinical symptomatology development and quicker restoration of T-cellular and phagocyte immune link (increase CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ lymphocyte levels, activity intensification of phagocytosing neutrophile function in induced NBT test, normalization IgA level, growth of functional neutrophile reserve).
