The functional regulation of the bladder was investigated in rats with partial infravesical obstruction (1 month), who got injections of botulinic toxin into the wall of the bladder. During the operation detrusor pressure and impedance of the bladder were measured with the original software-hardware complex Biola (Russia). Spectrogram reflected the main rhythms of that organ, which were connected with the heart, lungs and autonomic nervous system. We think, that the cardiac pick reflected the bladder's blood supply; Mayer's pick (at the frequency 0,1-0,2 Hz) and the respiratory pick might characterize sympatovagal regulation. The impairment of the bladder's regulation after the modeled vesical obstruction was demonstrated. The cholinergic activity of the bladder (irrespective of the presence of obstruction) was suppressed after action of botulinic toxin.
