The impact of digitalization on the transparency of justice

Digitalization of the civil procedure is inevitable and already has a significant impact on its fundamental provisions - procedural principles. The article analyzes the transformation of the principle of publicity under the influence of information technology, identifies the positive and negative aspects of this process, and suggests ways to solve emerging problems. The author comes to the conclusion about the predominantly positive nature of digitalization of glasnost, despite the existing risks.
