In the era of accelerated technological progress, digital transformation is becoming a determining factor in the reorganization of economic processes, including the tourism sector. At the same time, this study focuses on analyzing how the introduction of digital tools such as artificial intelligence, big data and virtual reality are rebuilding the management mechanisms of tourism services, which not only optimizes operational aspects, but also increases the industry’s adaptability to external challenges, including global crises such as pandemics. It has been established that digitalization contributes to the personalization of offers, where algorithms analyze consumer behavior to create unique routes, thereby strengthening the competitive position of service providers. However, such an evolution is fraught with risks, such as dependence on technology and the need for qualified personnel, which requires a balance between innovation and the preservation of the human factor. Based on empirical data from various regions, including Asia and the Middle East, it demonstrates how digital platforms reduce logistics costs and increase profitability, while integrating the Internet of Things in the hospitality industry minimizes the environmental footprint. The study also touches on regulatory aspects, emphasizing the role of government in stimulating digital initiatives through policy and investment.
