Influence of digital technologies on optimization of procedures in case of insolvency (bankruptcy)

The work is devoted to the study of the impact of digital technologies on the optimization of insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings. The analysis of the already implemented digital technologies in the specified procedure is carried out. The disadvantages of the existing order are indicated. Despite the positive experience of introducing digital technologies, proposals were made to improve the bankruptcy procedure.
