Results of the assessment of the influence of dehelminthization on the state of pancreatohepatobiliary system in patients with psoriasis combined with chronic opisthorchiasis are presented in the article. We examined 130 patients including 60 patients with psoriasis combined with chronic opisthorchiasis. Dynamic follow-up was carried out during 12 months. Negative dynamics of the values of pancreatic incretory and excretory functions and biliary system was observed in patients with psoriasis combined with chronic opisthorchiasis in 12 months of the follow-up compared to patients who were cured from helminthasis who showed no significant negative changes. It is concluded that effective dehelminthization results in the improvement of pancreatohepatobiliary functional status and clinical course of psoriasis.
