The impact of the demonstrated level of achievement drive on the dynamics of dispute settlement in the practice of mediators' training

The article presents the research results considering the influence of the demonstrated intensity of achievement drive on the dynamics of dispute settlement. The study has been conducted on the basis of artificially simulated disputes. The research participants were randomly divided into two groups: those who deliberately changed the demonstrated intensity of achievement drive in the course of dispute - relatively active participants, and those who didn't change deliberately the demonstrated intensity of achievement drive - relatively passive participants. The conclusions drawn by the authors according to the research results have practical significance for improvement of the quality of mediators' training.
