The Impact of Dysfunctional Parenting Patterns on the Socialization of Primary School Students

The main types of dysfunctional families, their characteristics and features of interaction between parents and children are considered. The negative consequences of the implementation of unproductive parenting models for the social, emotional and cognitive development of younger schoolchildren are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the problems of adaptation of children from dysfunctional families in the school environment, their relationships with peers and teachers. Based on theoretical analysis and empirical data, the authors propose recommendations for the prevention and correction of socialization disorders in children from dysfunctional families, and also emphasize the importance of an interdisciplinary approach to solving this problem.
