In modern society, the topic of the influence of physical activity on the stress resistance of students is very relevant. To achieve this goal, the article conducted research on the impact of physical activity on the daily life of students, studied their effect on the nervous system. The process of fatigue and its phases, the means of restoring the body after fatigue are considered. The metabolic process has been studied and it has been revealed how physical activity affects metabolism. The article examines the psychological areas of physically prepared and unprepared people. The topic of the influence of physical activity on the psycho-physiological state of students is touched upon. The role of physical activity is not limited only to the beneficial effects on health. In people who regularly exercise, systematic muscular activity helps to increase the mental, mental and emotional stability of the body during prolonged strenuous mental or physical work. Optimal physical activity has a positive effect on the psychological state of students, activating the body's defenses.
