The influence of the anti-globalize movement on state and legal development in the context of globalization

In this article, the author examines the features of the anti-globalist movement in the modern world. The author analyzes both positive and negative aspects of the impact of globalization on the functions of the state, examines the problem of the emergence of new institutions of globalization, determines the prospects for development. Having studied the main features of anti-globalism, the author highlights the goals and methods of this political movement, as well as its manifestations in Russian practice.
