Study results of assessing the effect of warm-up phenomenon on heart rate variability (HRV) in patients with angina pectoris are given in the article. Twenty males (aged 55,31,8 years) with stable angina pectoris underwent two consecutive treadmill-tests with 30-min intervals. The most expressed changes were registered 30 min after provocation of myocardial ischemia which can be pathogenetically related with positive effect of warm-up phenomenon on heart rate variability.
