The influence of grainstaff enzymatic hydrolysis upon digestibility and nutrients’ using in oxen diet

The previous fermentive treatment of fattening oxen diet grainstuff results to increase of protein and grease digestibility up to 2%, crude fibre – 4,9%, daily nitrogen deposit – 4,52 g, using of nitrogen – 2,32%. The change of calcium and phosphorus metabolism did not established. The oxen daily gains were increased up to 14,4%.
