The article considers how the Buddhist philosophy influenced the doctrine of reaching the absolute in the works of M. Eliade and J. Evola. The author discusses various approaches to neo-phenomenological interpretation of 'aletheya' and 'pandeya' concepts in the context of the Buddhadharma. Particular attention is paid to the comparative analysis of some theses of the written and oral Vajrayana traditions and their reception in the phenomenology paradigm.
