The article discusses the effects of physical exercise and sports on the central and humoral nervous systems, as well as on the mental processes occurring in the human body during exercise. The main objective of this study is to analyze the effect of physical exercise on the activity of the central nervous system and on the psycho - emotional state of a person. Studies show that regular exercise has a beneficial effect on the body through the use of various muscle groups. Physical activity stimulates the plasticity of the nervous system and has a beneficial effect on a person's mental state, including an increase in emotional mood, increased discipline, cheerfulness and self - confidence. It has been determined that exercises and sports activities can have a variety of effects on mental functions, improving them, ensuring stability and activity.
