This article examines in detail the effect of physical exercises and sports activities on the central (CNS) and humoral nervous systems, as well as on mental processes that occur in the human body as a result of physical exertion. The purpose of the article is to analyze the effect of physical exercises on the activity of the central nervous system (CNS) and on the psycho - emotional sphere of a person. It has been proven that sports have a beneficial effect on the human body due to the tension of various muscle groups. Physical exercises activate the plasticity of the nervous system and have a positive effect on the human psyche: increased emotional tone, discipline, cheerfulness, self - confidence. Sports activity can have a versatile effect on mental functions, improving them, providing stability and activity.
