The effect of physical exercises on shooting accuracy

This article discusses how some physical exercise influence the shooting accuracy. The authors believe that physical training (general and special exercises) are important in general training of marksmen. The paper presents some guidelines aimed at improvement of the shooting accuracy. Particular attention is paid to the description of the exercises required to train arm muscles of marksmen, develop a sense of balance and coordination.
