Influence of physical exercises on mental activity of the person and their interrelation

This article describes the effect of physical exercise on human mental activity, as well as the results of studies proving this relationship. Exercising improves cognitive abilities, revealed a strong relationship between physical activity and mental activity. The author comes to the conclusion that sport has an effect on all body functions. It is proved: the more physically developed a person is, the faster he learns, remembers and processes information. Qualitative and constant physical activity develops our body and brain.
