The influence of hydro-barothermic treatment on content of concentrates and carbohydrates of ration in feeding cows

It is established, that the high temperature and pressure influence on the concentrates a hydrolyzsis of starch and partiallycallular tissue up to monosaccharoses appears in the aqueous solution and the sugar content in the hydrolyzates increases twice. The hydro-barothermic treatment of concentrates leads to the increase of water content to 87-88% in these content-rates. The usage of concentrates of hydro-barothermic treatment increases the carbohydrate value of the rations in feeding cows.
