In article results of researches on studying of influence of hydrolyzed using the enzyme preparations of the grain on the body of laboratory rats. Found that feeding hydrolyzed grain did not adversely affect the palatability of feed and food anxiety, the studied parameters of blood of experimental animals, and also had a positive impact on the intensity of their growth.
