Влияние глобальных экономических кризисов на развитие автомобильной промышленности России

Введение. Цикличность развития рыночной экономики обусловливает периодическое возникновение кризисных явлений, негативно влияющих на социально-экономическое положение страны и развитие отраслей экономики. Современная автомобильная промышленность, состоящая из глобальных цепочек поставок, демонстрирует высокую чувствительность к воздействию кризисных явлений в экономике. Цель статьи - на основе проведенного исследования оценить влияние глобальных экономических кризисов XXI в. на развитие автомобильной промышленности России, выявить проблемы и риски развития данной отрасли экономики. Материалы и методы. В процессе исследования использованы официальные материалы национальной статистики, статистические данные международных организаций, материалы аналитических агентств, данные публичной отчетности корпораций автомобилестроения, нормативные документы, регулирующие развитие российской автомобильной промышленности. Применение приемов монографического описания, абстрактно-логического подхода, системного анализа, методов экономико-статистического и сравнительного анализа позволило охарактеризовать динамику и выявить основные тенденции развития российской автомобильной промышленности под влиянием глобальных кризисов 2008-2009 гг. и 2020 г., определить ключевые проблемы и риски развития отрасли в контексте влияния пандемии COVID-19, которые необходимо учитывать при разработке и корректировке стратегических программ и планов развития отрасли. Результаты исследования. Проанализировано влияние глобальных кризисов 2008-2009 гг. и 2020 г. на автомобильную промышленность России. Изучены динамика и структура производства и продаж автотранспортных средств в России, выявлены причинно-следственные связи изменений показателей работы отрасли автомобилестроения под влиянием экономических кризисов, дана оценка мер государственной поддержки отрасли в кризисные периоды. Обсуждение и заключение. Текущий глобальный экономический кризис, вызванный пандемией COVID-19, создает новые угрозы для развития автомобилестроения и актуализирует проблематику исследований трансформаций, происходящих в отрасли под воздействием кризиса. Выявленные диспропорции и негативные тенденции развития автомобильной отрасли требуют совершенствования государственного регулирования ее развития, реализации эффективных мер не только для преодоления последствий текущего кризиса, но и для противодействия возможным кризисным явлениям в будущем.
