The article focuses on the importance of the HR-brand in the company's strategic policy. It is noted that a strong employer image has a direct impact on key business indicators, reducing recruitment costs, increasing labor efficiency, and reducing staff turnover. The article concludes that investing in a positive employer image is not a cost but an investment in sustainable growth and long-term competitive advantage.
