Energetic change is a component of all adaptable processes. With occurrence of infectious-inflammatory process gradual alteration of adaptation system also takes place in an organism. Research objective was to study energy status in pregnant women with chronic pyelonephritis. In pregnancy taking course during chronic pyelonephritis, 5,3% decrease in average activity of succinate dehydrogenas, 3 times increase in lymphocytes quantity with typical activity, 18,2% increase of their heterogeneity and 1,9% increase in number of immature cells is revealed, that testifies to the distress of processes cellular energy production.
