The influence of individual psychological qualities on the stress resistance of employees of the security department of the Federal Penitentiary Service

The article presents the results of an empirical study of the stress resistance of employees of the security department of the institution of the penal system (on the example of the Federal state institution “Correctional Colony no. 29” of the Main Directorate of the Federal Penitentiary Service in the Perm Territory). Individual psychological factors influencing stress resistance are considered. Gender characteristics of manifestation of psychoemotional tension in stressful situations among employees of the penitentiary system, working with weapons, are revealed.
